Dear Members,

On behalf of the Nominating Committee, I am pleased to provide you with the Nominating Committee Report and the list of candidates running for election to the four vacant seats on our Board of Directors.

I am also pleased to advise that in addition to providing you with the attached candidate profiles, we are also providing an opportunity for nominees to address all members in an All Candidates Forum which will be held via Zoom.
