I have some good news and some bad news.  Which one do you want first?

Ok the bad news is that we are going to be having some price rises.

The good news is that if you buy anything before the end of the month you can beat the rise.  (I didn't say it was fantastic news just good!).

The reason for the price rises is simply that we have been struggling to pay the bills let alone donate significant amounts to good causes and have had to have a good long look at the finances.
