As we finish up the 2012 harvest here at Vina Robles, we look forward to taking a holiday break before setting our sights on the next growing season. Soon enough, however, the new year will be upon us, with pruning being the first major step toward setting the crop for the next vintage. Read more »

Featured Wine - 2009 Mountain Road Reserve

The 2009 vintage marks our third limited-release bottling of Mountain Road Reserve, Cabernet Sauvignon from our estate vineyard at Adelaida Springs Ranch, which unfolds along steep slopes in the coastal mountains west of Paso Robles. Read more »

A Question of Temperature

The fermentation of wine may seem magical, but it is perfectly natural. Indeed, if we choose not to add commercial yeasts to our grape juice, native yeasts from the vineyard will initiate fermentation on their own. But in order to make fine wine, Mother Nature needs a hand. Read more »
