The Moonfleet Manor Hotel, Weymouth Dorset has got together with baby swimming experts ‘Waterbabies’ and yoga instructor Sharon Cox to create a special ‘Baby Bootcamp’ for new mums. At the minibreak mums will learn how to bond with their little one in the water, baby massage techniques and also enjoy some baby yoga.

So to find out how we can improve our children's nutrition by introducing them to a variety of tastes and foods from an early age, we've been talking to leading Paediatric Clinical Psychologist, Dr Gillian Harris. "Teaching your baby to eat and enjoy a variety of foods will help your little one develop good eating habits. During the weaning window, from about six months to around 18 months, is when the foundations for your child’s taste map."

Have you ever wondered what it's like to raise a child miles away from home? Caroline Greville has shared with us her story of living in Kathamandu with her husband and two young children. "My husband Rupert had trained and worked in Sustainable Agriculture and together we wanted to do something useful. We researched Nepal with a two month visit pre-children, and planned to return once a job could be set up. Annie was 18 months old when we set out as a family."
