Wanted: Wellington's Best Sandwich Recipe.
Applications: Post via facebook or email (info@urbanharvest.co.nz) Please send your sandwich photo, recipe and awesome sandwich name to us by 11th February (the sooner the better though so you can get more votes).
We will pop your sandwich photo up on facebook with your name and ingredients and then it is up to the public! By 'liking' the photo you get votes.
The top five sandwiches with the most 'likes' will be made by our friends at Ti Kouka Cafe (if you haven't been there you must try! beautiful food) at Level 1, 76 Willis Street Wellington for the public to buy and try (and for you to send your friends in to try). The public will play the part of masterchef judges and rate your sandwich.
Not a big facebook user but still want to enter? We will look after if for you. You just send us your photo and ingredients and we will do the rest.
Prizes: There are three!
Peoples choice: As voted by customers at Ti Kouka win $100 to spend with Urban Harvest and breakfast and coffee for two at Ti Kouka.
Judges choice: The sandwich voted the best by our panel of chefs and cooks also wins $100 to spend with us at Urban Harvest.
Rules: There are only two rules.
- The sandwich you enter must include at least two ingredients that we sell online eg. Tomatoes and Simply Paris Chocolate bread. I know it sounds strange but it might taste delicious, and I would call it The Chocmato. Smiles.
- Of course - the sandwich you photograph must be taken and made by you.
We will announce the winner at our Big Kids Birthday Party on the 22nd February.
