Social scientists from the University of Queensland recently shed some light on the demographics of people who support equality for same-sex couples, and those who don’t.

In a new analysis, Francisco Perales has found an interesting association between cognitive ability and support for equal rights. It could help explain why those who stand against marriage equality may not be persuaded by evidence-based arguments.
