CVA - Volunteer Training Night

Concerned Veterans for America is planning a volunteer training night on Friday, April 25th at the Taylor Building in Lake City.

The purpose of this meeting will be to get the veterans, family members, and supporters in the conservative movement out; in an effort to grow the conservative base.

We will begin at 5:30 - dinner and other refreshments will be provided.

The Taylor Building is located at 128 SW Birley Ave. in Lake City.  This is approximately 3 miles west of the I-75 interchange, on the corner of U.S. 90 and Birley Ave.

If you can attend, please rsvp to either John  386-935-1705 or Sharon 386-935-0821.  We will need the numbers in order to plan for the meal!!

Concerned Veterans for America advocates for policies that preserve the freedom and liberty we fought and sacrificed to defend.  CVA provides fresh perspective on the issues that threaten to cripple not only our economic and national security, but the spirit of opportunity and libery we fought to defend.

What Can You Do?

“It does not take a majority to prevail ... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.”
― Samuel Adams

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
Edmund Burke

Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody

This is a story about four people, named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody. There was an important job to be done, and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did. Somebody got angry about this, because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.
Never sit back and think that someone else will act. Now, is the time. There is just too much on the line....

What are you doing to make a difference? Every one of us must be doing something!
