This term we piloted a professional development session on information literacy, recognising the need to provide explicit skills in how to locate and access relevant sources. We look forward to developing this program state-wide in 2020. Term 4 also heralded the first self-guided tours for the Anzac Square Memorial Galleries. This highly interactive space allows students to explore digitised State Library material on highly intuitive touch screens. Curriculum linked teaching resources for each of the learning phases and gallery spaces are under development to complement this hands-on learning experience. We encourage you to book your 2020 excursion as sessions will fill quickly. Looking for families content?
