Meeting Reminder! June 11, 2015

Are you concerned about what is happening to our country?   Join us at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 11 ,2015 for our monthly meeting.  Have you ever wondered what the Christian’s involvement should be in the role, and day-to-day operation of government?  Chris Hall is our speaker and will be speaking on “Righteous Resistance to Unlawful Government”.  Chris is a dynamic speaker and this is a topic that we all need to learn more about.    Invite your friends and neighbors!

Come find out what the North Central Florida Tea Party is all about.  Meet some like-minded people and learn what you can do to get this country back on its foundational track!

We will have gun raffle tickets; we are in the last few weeks of this fundraiser and would appreciate everyone who can, to buy some tickets, take some tickets to sell, or find a business who will allow us to put some tickets in their location.  We use this money to fund the expenses of the American Patriot News that aren't covered by the advertising.  We are printing 1,600 copies of the paper every two weeks and it is distributed in Lake City, Live Oak, Branford, Ft. White, and now High Springs!

We purchase constitutions to distribute to the 7th grade civics classes each September in both Suwannee and Columbia counties.  Last year over 1,200 copies went to the students.  We appreciate everyone who helps with the ticket sales and donates at our meetings!

The North Central Florida Tea Party meets at the Taylor Building, 128 SW Birley Road, Lake City.  This is on the corner of U.S. 90 and Birley Road, approx. 3 miles west of the I-75 interchange in Lake City.  For more information, please call 386-935-0821.

Blueberry Festival Update

We had a great time at the Wellborn Blueberry Festival on Saturday, June 6th!  Many thanks to Lane and Jewel for helping out in the booth ALL day!

We met a lot of people who are interested and concerned about what is going on in our country, sold a bunch of raffle tickets, and gave out many copies of the American Patriot News.

We will have a booth at the Branford River Reunion on Saturday, July 4th.  This will be the last day that we will be selling raffle tickets.  We will hold the drawing for the Smith & Wesson 9mm at the end of that day.  If you can help out in the booth that day, even for an hour, please contact Sharon at shiggins@windstream.net
