Happy New Year and welcome to the first Newsletter of 2019.
We start our culinary new year with Burns Night on Friday 25th January, closely followed by Chinese New Year on Tuesday 5th February and Valentine's Day on Thursday 14th February. Here at Bury Lane we have all you need for celebratory suppers and romantic gestures.

Fresh Produce @ Bury Lane
Tatties and neeps (potatoes and swede) now available for your traditional Burns Night supper, or ring the changes with our lovely bunched beetroot and spring greens.
Blood oranges make the most marvelous marmalade and our Yorkshire rhubarb would be perfect in a crumble or fool.
Fresh strawberries in stock - try dipping in chocolate for a Valentine's Day treat.

New from Bury Farm Bakery
Did you know that our very own Bury Farm Bakers are now making a range of artisan breads on sale each Saturday? No additives, preservatives or industrial processes: time and great ingredients are our secret for fabulous flavour. We’ve been working with local artisan baker Frances Reid to develop the range, which will grow in weeks to come.

We are delighted to be welcoming back Shepreth Wildlife Park with their various species including lizards, millipedes, stick insects and more* between 10:30am and 12pm on the following dates:
10th April, 31st July and 14th August
*Please note there will not be any large zoo animals.
