Introducing

Shelley Goetze O'Connor

 Team Physiotherapist ​

Shelley brings over 25 years of experience in Physiotherapy to our clinic. Having graduated with Honors in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 1989, Shelley developed a practice based on restoration of function and prevention of injuries. She focuses her work on treating and educating her patients towards recovery and wellness.

Shelley has had tremendous success working with dancers, gymnasts, and the weekend warrior population. Her specializations as a Physiotherapist in Mulligan techniques, Yoga, taping, and Nordic Pole Walking give her a diverse set of tools to help her patients. We are thrilled to have her on board to complement our health care team.

Fall Tips for the Great Outdoors

  • When raking leaves or cleaning up the yard,  warm up your muscles with a 10 minute walk around the block or even on the spot. 
  • Follow your walk up with some low impact stretches for your upper and lower body.
  • Always ensure you stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water as this is the best way to hydrate yourself.
  • Make sure to get yourself "straightened up" with a fall chiropractic tune up after an active summer.
