Winter Packages in the Pro Shop

Slightly odd writing this email while we are having a mini heat wave and it is over 20 degrees outside, but trust me winter is lurking around the corner.

We have a fantastic advantage over many other golf clubs in having our state of the art indoor facility, ready to help you hone your game or play one of the best courses in the world while the weather outside is not so appealing.

If you need reminding of what we have at our finger tips, see all the information below and how you can take advantage of it this winter.

Ultimately what we want to help you achieve this winter, even if the weather gets tough, is an opportunity to keep your skills sharp, and even make them better through our guidance and tuition.

Therefore we have put together various coaching packages to sign up to and receive discount for a limited time only.

These packages have been made to incorporate lessons and time for you to practice your new swings on the simulator in your own time.

How can The Performance Centre benefit your game

Teaching

This system will ensure that Sam and I will be able to give you a more definitive golf swing analysis than ever before which, by seeing exactly what angle your club face is at impact, will also help you achieve a far greater understanding of your golf game.

Shot Shaping

Learn how to shape shots effectively and more consistently with one of your PGA professionals. The numbers won’t lie and we can show you just where that club head and swing path should really be going.

Distance Control

The majority of golfers are unaware of just how far they hit their golf shots. Some simply work on the theory of one great shot, so be far more realistic with your distance analysis.

With the GC2 Launch Monitor you can hit shots with all your clubs while we define an accurate average of how far they go. The crucial distance, and the only one you have control of, is how far the ball carries and not where it ends up.

This analysis can be done in 30 minutes and is certain to help your decision-making on the course and thereby improve results.

A must for anyone having bought new clubs this year, to ensure you now know how far they go.

Ball Fitting

If you have ever wondered precisely which ball you should be playing, book a session with us where we can try all types of golf balls and evaluate what certain ones can give you over others.

Custom Fitting

Any day of the week we can give custom fittings with the data GC2 and HMT tell us. With our help we can determine the correct shaft flex for you, ensuring to maximise club head speed, minimise spread and optimise spin rates.

We can guarantee an analysis that will show you how the latest clubs are performing against your own. With the addition of HMT the lie angle at impact is calculated, so that we can easily get the correct angles to help you hit straighter iron shots.

You will learn how the wrong angle can effect the direction of the ball. We will offer range of different clubs to try at all times with fitting tools only a step away.

And do not worry about being blinded by technology; we will be there to give you a helping hand with all of the information the software throws at you!

Practice

If you have no time for a round there is also a virtual driving range on which to hone your skills with all the information you need at your fingertips. A 20-minute session may be booked through the Pro Shop at anytime, with an unlimited amount of balls!

Simulation

It may be pouring with rain outside but that won’t stop you playing on some of the world’s finest courses. We can arrange sessions for clients or friends and provide tea, coffee and bar snacks as you enjoy your round. The 14 courses to choose from are:
