NWT Tourism establishes General Sales Agent for Australia Travel Market

Dear Members,

We are fast approaching the end of the 2018, and I wanted to end the year by sharing a good news story and to wish you all the best of the season.

New General Sales Agent for Australia
I am delighted to announce that earlier today NWT Tourism signed an agreement with prMarketing, an Australian marketing agency that provides marketing, media relations, public relations and sales consultation specific to the tourism industry in Australia. This agreement establishes Lizzie Doyle, Owner and Managing Director as our General Sales Agent in the Australian market.  

Lizzie is a specialist in marketing Canadian tourism products in Australia and brings over 20 years of experience managing Canadian tourism travel trade relationships and marketing in the Australian marketplace. In 2017, prMarketing was awarded the People's Choice Award and a bronze award for national and international marketing at the New South Wales Tourism Awards. 

We are excited to work with Lizzie in 2019 and to connect her with members who are interested in growing visitation from this geographic market.

The past year was incredibly busy for the entire tourism industry in the NWT, our own team included. I know from conversations our staff have had with many of you that many have enjoyed an increase in visitation in several key markets.
