Anti-Up on our Veggies.
by Anne Bodak Smith B.S., D.C.
EvolvHealth Chief Science Officer
Antioxidants are a vital component to a healthy diet. We often hear about the importance of eating our green leafy vegetables as they typically have been known to pack the highest amount of antioxidants. Greens rank highest in chemical antioxidant assays (such as ORAC, TEAC, TRAP, and FRAP), but which vegetables lead the pack when cellular antioxidant activity is measured? Click here to find out or read the full study here.
Evolv Limitless™, made entirely from beets, isolates the betalain (Prolain™) from the beet using patented, proprietary technology. Betalains from beets are a rare but very powerful antioxidant and research is showing the most potent antioxidant we can eat. What makes Evolv Limitless™ even more powerful is that you would have to eat over 500 cooked beets to equal the betalain content in one Limitless capsule!
You’re mother did have it right when she said “Eat your beets, they’re good for you” now science is backing that up even further!

Your Portions Determine Your Proportions
by Lyndon McGill, D.C.
EvolvHealth Wellness Advisory Council Member
It’s no secret that the greatest health challenge we are facing in this country is obesity and its associated complications. According to the Centers for Disease Control, approximately two thirds of Americans are now considered to beobese or overweight. Therefore, our greatest target market for the e84 Challenge is the segment of our population that fits (or maybe I should say, “squeezes”) into the BURN category. While I haven’t had to deal with serious obesity personally, I definitely wasn’t paying very close attention to my dietary habits until recently and was gradually accumulating excess belly fat, thus increasing my risk for cardiovascular disease and diabetes. But now, thanks to the life-changing Evolv products and the e84 Challenge, I have dropped from 185 lbs. down to the recommended target weight of 172 lbs. for my 5’11” frame
according to http://www.healthycalculators.com/body-weight.php.

Cancer and Exercise - A Study
How does exercise do all this, well a 2011 study from McMaster University helps to explain it, and seeing is believing… below, 2 mice that were given a genetic problem with their mitochondria (which produces energy in our cell) the one on your left exercised for 3 months, the other one did not… which one do you want to look like?
In what could stand up as the most powerful evidence yet that exercise prolongs life, a study by McMaster University researchers in Hamilton found that signs of premature aging were halted — and even reversed — in virtually every tissue and organ in the bodies of exercised mice.
The finding, which could be a turning point in anti-aging medicine, suggests the proverbial fountain of youth won't come from a pill or from an exotic berry from the Amazon, but rather plain old exercise.
