Dear Bangkok Diner,

We don't know if 2012 will turn out to be good, bad or ugly. What we do know is that this coming year will be more delicious and scrumptious than 2011.

New restaurants are popping up like mushrooms and existing ones are re-inventing themselves. We will see more gastro, bistro and lifestyle related eateries and more diners will be able to enjoy these places by locating them through Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare and of course R|O|B.

As usual R|O|B will be at your side to guide you through the vast culinary terrain of Bangkok and recommend diverse and exciting new places to dine at.

For January we have organized a new Running Dinner, this time with three restaurants on Sukhumvit 11. Scroll down to find more information.

Our 11th Running Dinner will be held on Sukhumvit 11 on Tuesday January 24, 2012

In a Running Dinner we take a group of up to 15 people to visit three different restaurants in one night having the first restaurant serve the starter, the second main course and the third dessert.

The Running Dinner will start at Snapper for the aperitif and appetizer at 18:30, visit Melo for the main course and end at Tapas for dessert at 21:00.

The cost is 1,390 baht per person (Incl. VAT & Service Charge) and includes all food and wine. The restaurants are situated next to each other so no transportation in between courses is needed.

The program for January 24, 2012:

18:30 - Aperitif - Snapper
19:00 - Starter - Snapper
20:00 - Main Course - Melo
21:00 - Dessert - Tapas
