Why I'm An Episcopalian by Olivia Adams
Ah, the Episcopal Church, a breath of fresh air. Being here feels like home.
It all started when as a child my mom would drag my sister and me to church every Sunday. So I guess you could say that I am an Episcopalian because of my mom. For years I didn’t understand why we go to church or what the Bible is. When I was younger I would have preferred to sleep in rather than go to church in the morning. It wasn’t until I attended Episcopal Youth Camp when I discovered why I am an Episcopalian.
News from the Network
How we communicate with one another is changing rapidly with technology. The body of Christ with its many parts has so much more potential for mission in the world than when we attempt to go it alone. Connect with your Provincial Network and make sure that our office has your contact information as well. The Formation and Vocation Ministries Team Associate, Valerie Harris, is the creator and keeper of our new diocesan database. Please email Valerie or Bronwyn and introduce yourself or your diocesan youth ministry contact.

Prayers
O God, in the course of this busy life, give us times of refreshment and peace; and grant that we may so use our leisure to rebuild our bodies and renew our minds, that our spirits may be opened to the goodness of your creation; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
