Innovation and Collaboration at the Nordic Life Science Days

Stockholm Science City and UppsalaBio are hosting two seminars

On the 14-15th of October the Nordic Life Science Days takes place at Stockholm Waterfront. UppsalaBio and Stockholm Science City Foundation are hosting one session each in the conference program. 

Thomas Malmer will be acting as the moderator for both sessions and we had the opportunity to ask him about some of his views concerning life science.

Stockholm Life at Nordic Life Science Days

Stockholm Life will be represented in the exhibition area where you will have the possibility to meet with representatives from Karolinska Institutet, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm University, Stockholm County Council as well as SciLifeLab.

Crosstalks.tv is an international academic talkshow broadcast live on the web from two of Sweden's leading universities – KTH and Stockholm University. Crosstalks wants to find new ways to discuss global challenges with viewers around the world and was recently nominated for the Digital Communication Awards 2013.

Biolamina on the top-10 list when WIRED magazine present Stockholm's hottest startups

Stockholm is of course on the list when WIRED magazine picks and visits the ten most important startup hubs in Europe 2013. The Stockholm top-10 list is  dominated by the tech, app and web companies such as Memoto, Tictail and ShapeUpClub. There are however two exceptions: the crowfunding platform FundedByMe and the biotech company Biolamina.
