However, please always check you email confirmation to ensure the details are as you want them to be. * Chocoholic High tea - Easter weekend Due to an immense success in 2011 and a large demand, Hippopotamus is reconducting the Chocoholic High tea and it will be available all of Easter weekend (Friday 6, Saturday 7, Sunday 8 and Monday 9 April). Hippopotamus chef de patisserie, Louis Sergeant will lovingly create a beautifully presented selection of carefully hand crafted chocolate treats, savoury amuse-bouches and mini-sandwiches for you to relish. Enjoy these with a selection from our Gourmet Dilmah tea range and a glass of bubbly or a special chocoholic cocktail. $45pp - no public holidays' surcharges apply. * Special Mother's Day High tea and dinner - Sunday 13th May Treat mum with a decadent High tea, bubbly, cocktails, amuses-bouche and mignardises to relish.
