The first of our 2015 Brewmaster Dinner Series is not to be missed. We'll be presenting a one-of-a-kind, six-course "Farm to Fork" dinner specially crafted by our Head Chef, James Garza. This culinary event will feature Great Basin Brewery grain-fed beef from Baker Ranch Beef. This unique beef has been fed with spent grain used in our brewing. Other local delicacies from Big Horn Olive Oil Company and Wedge Cheese Shop will be woven throughout the menu.

Join us at our Reno brewery on February 11 and be part of this unique and fun experience. Mingle and make new friends during cocktail hour starting at 6 PM with our six-course dinner beginning at 7 PM.

There are just a handful of seats remaining, so call our Reno location at 775-284-7711 to be a part of this memorable night. Tickets are $60 which includes all taxes and gratuity. Not only do you get to enjoy great food, great beer, and eat dinner with Tom Young and other Great Basin brewers, but you may be the first to try some special new beers!

Our 404 Scytale Imperial Barrel-Aged Stout is a true testament to our constant pursuit of perfecting our craft. Delicately handmade using ingredients of the highest order and guided by our love of brewing – this deeply complex and intimate Imperial Stout weighs in at a hefty 13% ABV. Aged in whiskey barrels for precisely 404 days, the result is a layered tapestry of sublime aromas and tastes: boldly roasted chocolate malts, big notes of vanilla, oak, dark stone fruits, allspice and honey, supported by subtle accents of black pepper, anise, and a hint of molasses that lingers on the palate. The journey this beer takes you on may surprise you.

We’ll be releasing 404 Scytale Imperial Barrel-Aged Stout at the beginning of March. We'll send out info about how you can get your bottle (or two) as we get closer to the release date.
