Great news! As of December 10th, we've raised $1,761,820 for the CPC One Campaign! This means we have reached 88% of our $2,000,000 campaign goal! CPC One is our first-ever Manhattan home is a reality now more than ever thanks to your belief in CPC's mission to empower Asian American, immigrant, and low-income communities.
A gift today will build on this incredible momentum to ensure that current and future generations will have a place they can call home!

ABOUT CPC ONE
Located at 45 Suffolk Street in Lower Manhattan, CPC One is home at last.
For nearly 60 years, community members have never wavered in following CPC from rental space to rental space to receive services, build lasting community, and create a life they envisioned for themselves and their families. Finally, our community members will have permanence, security, and belonging. CPC One is a place for our community to spend their days and years in, creating and forging lifelong bonds to one another.
CPC One will house our Manhattan Community Center across three floors, include over 200 units of affordable housing, and will serve as a headquarters for our 50+ programs across New York City.
This building is a reflection of how far we've come as a community and a renewal of our promise to continue to empower our community and create positive social change for decades to come!
