iStart New Zealand

Hi there,

New Zealand has long been known for punching well above its weight. Now a new Callaghan report gives us data to demonstrate exactly what that translates to in the startup arena – with $34 billion value created in just 15 years it also highlights the significant contribution that the tech sector has made.

Our start-ups, says Callaghan in a typically understated Kiwi way, are "better than average" at going global.

But while that’s cause for celebration, our acceptance and understanding of some parts of entrepreneurship need an attitude readjustment.
