TRAFFIC CHANGES ON GENERAL DRIVE

We have just been informed that contractors will be doing road work along General Drive in the vicinity of the Villa D'Este community. The work is required in order to correct water ponding issues on General Drive.

The work is scheduled to begin on Monday, October 4th, weather permitting, and will continue for several days.

Due to the work they will be doing, it may be necessary for them reduce General Drive down to a single lane at some point. All efforts will be made to minimize disruption. Please use extreme caution when travelling on General Drive outside of our rear gate, and where possible, use the Ryder Cup entry into Eagleton.

REGULAR CHAMP POA MEETING

The POA Board typically meets monthly, and with Covid seeming to be coming under control, the Board has stopped meeting by Zoom and now meets regularly in the offices of our Property Manager at 300 Avenue of the Champions, Suite 120.

The next Regular Board meeting is scheduled for October 20th, 2021, at 2:00 PM (always the third Wednesday).

CHAMPIONSHIP BUDGET

Thanks to the efforts of the Championship POA Treasurer, we are currently operating within our 2021 budget. No major expenses are anticipated before year end. The proposed 2022 Budget will be discussed and approved at the October 20th Board meeting.
