FINAL PHASE OF PAVER PROJECT

The final phase of the overall Championship POA paver project is scheduled to begin on Monday, October 30th and be completed by Friday November 3rd.

This phase will see the replacement of all the pavers at the main entry gate to the community off Ryder Cup Boulevard.

Project Sequence Days 1 & 2:

On Monday and perhaps half a day on Tuesday the contractor will remove all the old pavers in the two outside lanes and replace them with new pavers matching the pattern already completed at the Reclinata Circle. This phase will be the Resident lane on the inbound side and the far right hand lane on the outbound side. During this time, all residents as well as visitors will need to enter through the Visitor lane and exit via the lane closest to the gatehouse. Traffic cones and signage will assist in moving traffic to the active lane. WE STRONGLY URGE RESIDENTS TO USE THE BACK GATE FOR ENTRY AND EXIT WHENEVER POSSIBLE DURING THIS WEEK... ESPECIALLY FOR ENTRY DURING THE MORNING HOURS WHEN NUMEROUS VENDORS AND CONTRACTORS ARE ALL ENTERING THE COMMUNITY. THIS WILL HELP AVOID BACKUPS ONTO RYDER CUP BOULEVARD AND ALLOW YOU TO ENTER WITHOUT DELAY

Project Sequence Days 3 & 4:

On Wednesday and perhaps half a day on Thursday the contractor will take up the old pavers in the Visitor lane on the inbound side and the far left hand lane on the outbound side. This will necessitate all entering vehicles, both residents and visitors, to enter via the Resident lane. Security will place a tent in the Visitor lane for the guard to operate out of versus being in the gatehouse. Logging of visitors and contractors via the gate-access system will continue as normal. AGAIN, WE STRONGLY URGE RESIDENTS TO USE THE BACK GATE FOR ENTRY AND EXIT WHENEVER POSSIBLE DURING THIS WEEK...

Expect Delays:

We understand that this project may cause some temporary delays and restrictions in traffic flow. However, these measures are necessary to complete the work efficiently and, most importantly, safely. As stated several times above, we strongly urge you to use the back gate entry and exit whenever possible.

Both the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department and Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue have been made aware of these temporary roadway alterations and will respond accordingly. Our St. Moritz gate officers have also been informed and instructed as to how to expedite the entry of emergency vehicles.

Your Cooperation:

We greatly appreciate the cooperation and understanding you have given during the various phases of this repaving project and ask that you continue doing so for this final phase. Your patience and adherence to traffic guidelines will contribute to the successful and swift completion of the entire project.

THANK YOU!
