Click here Dear , The tech industry is prone to hype and working out which technologies are really going to be beneficial for your business isn’t always straightforward. So every year, Gartner comes to our aid with its ‘Hype Cycle’, designed to help companies cut through the guff and find the technologies which can drive better business outcomes. The inaugural report in 2014 had rich presence and social profiles as key technologies reaching mainstream business adoption. Things have changed a bit since then though, and this year’s report suggests AI-powered voice recognition will soon be part of our business lives, with Gartner also recommending businesses start looking at how they can integrate chatbots into app development.
