Hey everyone!

Many of you will have heard already, but since it's the highlight of my week (or maybe the last four months), I'm OK with repeating myself: the latest issue of my magazine has launched and you can go buy a copy. Shipping from Berlin starts later this week!

Besides the launch there isn't a whole lot happening as I'm sifting through the hundreds of orders to make sure shipping goes smoothly in the next few days. Enjoy this week's issue!

This Weekʼs Line-Up

Charge your phone twice as fast
01

I had no idea that you can speed up USB-powered charging of your phone by using a different type of cable. This little mini USB cord promises to half the time it takes to juice up your phone. Smart design — engineered in Germany, funded through Kickstarter.

Monitor your data usage while tethering
02

If you're tethering a lot while on the go, it's easy to use up a whole month worth of data in one session. TripMode helps keep tabs on the apps that use up data and allows you to easily turn them on and off to avoid nasty surprises.

Simplified public transport maps for your wall
03

Those who have been subscribed to TMD for a while know about my fascination with city maps and art prints. Happily adding this one to the stack: LinePosters creates simplified public transport maps and prints them on all kinds of merch. Pick from around 30 metropolises.

A to-do list extension for Gmail
04

Another week, another to-do list app. This time it's called Sortd and it's a Chrome extension that tweaks your Gmail experience by letting you 'sort' your emails into various column-based to-do lists. As with my other Gmail recommendations, I like how it integrates right into my mailbox where most of my to-dos originate. The tool is currently still in private beta it seems, but I think they are giving out invites to registered users quite frequently.

Everything felt
05

There is something cozy and very pleasing about felt. If you are fan of the material hold on to your wallet, because Burning Love have a million and one things made out of the pressed wool. (The website is German only as far as I can see, but Google Translate will help you place an order.)

Send yourself a note with a couple of taps
06

"It's simple. Open Captio and start typing. When you're done, hit Send. The note is immediately delivered to your email inbox." Sometimes it doesn't have to be more complicated than that. I like it.
