Our promise: 3,800 new low cost homes

Around 90,000 affordable homes are needed nationwide - every year for the next ten years.

We will play our part providing 3,800 more affordable homes in Essex and Suffolk. We have just closed a £30m deal to help us fulfil this ambition. Eastlight will also invest £130m in existing homes
