Sending a message to your assigned advisees?

email envelope

Did you know that the "advisee listing" in myBanner is the list of ALL of the students assigned to you. This could include students who are not enrolled this semester, have graduated, or have been academically dismissed. A better method to reach out to your advisees who are enrolled this semester can be found in the "Additional Student Information" page. The CCPS Undergraduate Advising Center has created an easy to follow tool for you to use to connect with your advisees. We recommend you connect with your students each semester to let them know when you have office hours or how best to reach you. If you have any questions please contact us. MORE INFORMATION

The new Student Success Collaborative tool is an even easier way to connect with your advisees! Connect with your advising liaison in the CCPS-UAC for more details about how to get access to this tool.
