Mandatory E-Filing of certain forms from 1st June
The CRO will introduce mandatory electronic filing for the forms B1, B2, B10 and B73 from 1st June 2017.

Company Cars - changes to motoring expenses
The flat rate motoring expenses for the Civil Service have been changed from 1 April 2017. As these rates are also used by Revenue as a maximum allowable in the private sector, the change affects anybody in receipt of business mileage payments. Find out the new rates.

Register of Beneficial Owners from 26th June 2017
From 26th June 2017 the Companies Registration Office will be tasked with maintaining the Central Register of Beneficial Ownership of Corporate and Other Legal Entities. Find out the implication this has for your business.

Did you know that Revenue opinions/ confirmations have a maximum life of five years?
Revenue have confirmed that any opinions/confirmations issued have a maximum life of five years and that you must apply for new opinion/ confirmation after this period. Find out more.
