We are pleased to announce our Honoree of the Year Award receipients

Ken L. Fong and Frances Onne-Fong

Ken L. Fong and Frances Onne-Fong are the founders of F2 Consulting Group Inc. The firm's primary focus is advising start up ventures and founding partners in early stage financing and capital raising. F2 Consulting provides services across industries including financial guarantee insurance, healthcare, hospitality, and entertainment.

Prior to launching F2 Consulting, Ken was a Managing Director and Senior Human Resources Executive at JPMorgan Chase, managing the human resource functions in the Investment Bank, Capital Markets, and Asia Pacific Region. He led company-wide teams to analyze and later to facilitate the merger and integration of Chase/Chemical Bank, Chase/Robert Flemings/Jardine Flemings, Chase/JPMorgan and JPMorgan/Bank One in Hong Kong and the United States.

Ken previously served on the Board of the Chinatown YMCA- as Board Chair for two separate terms and as Co-Chair of the Capital Committee. He is an advisor to the Ong Family Foundation.

Frances was the Director and creator of the preschool and nursery programs at Third Street Music School Settlement. Previously, she was a Lower School Music faculty member of the Hong Kong International School and worked in a similar role at the Packer Collegiate Institute in Brooklyn. 

Frances currently serves as President of the Board for the Glass Menagerie Chorus in the West Village and Secretary of the Board at St. John-St. Matthew-Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Brooklyn.

While enrolled in college, Frances volunteered as a tutor for CPC's after school programs and was very impressed with how vibrant and essential the services were to the Chinatown community.

CPC's 59th Annual Lunar New Year Benefit will take place on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at House of Joy.

We will come together as a community to honor outstanding individuals including Ken and Frances and celebrate Lunar New Year 4722, the Year of the Dragon.
