A year of new beginnings.
The year has come to an end and what a year it has been. We started out this year with our Wilgeheuwel project, as seen below, consisting of four complexes; Pelican Island with 42 units, Rocky Cove with 39 units, Sugarloaf Rock with 42 units and Little Tobago with 55 units. Earlier this month all 178 units were completed and transferred to their new owners.
With that we welcome a new year with new beginnings through our new range of soon to be launched developments.
Canta Libre situated in Kempton Park Terenure, as seen below, will consist of 112 units varying between two and three bedroom apartments with two bathrooms. Ground floor units have private gardens.
Roodepoort Amarosa Totuis Street, as seen below, will consist of 44 three bedroom double storey units with double lockup garages and private gardens.
