Documentation Easily upload documentation by dragging files from your PC and dropping them into the Supporting Documentation box on the Coverage and Transaction Information screen when entering a return premium or cancellation endorsement. Delete documentation by selecting the file in the Supporting Documentation box and clicking the Remove File button. Policy Information and Transaction Details Page View The total premium and policy fees amount will show in the top right corner of the transaction list under the Transaction Details section. The transaction grid now has sorting capabilities based on the column headers. Click the column header to sort the data. Printing Print single transactions using the print icon to the left of the confirmation number on the Policy Information and Transaction Details page. Reprint payment confirmations on the View Payment History screen by clicking the payment number. A new window will pop up with the payment confirmation details. Kimberly MaskMrs. Mask joined the FSLSO team in early February, filling the role of Public Information Coordinator. Prior to joining FSLSO, Mrs. Mask spent more than a decade honing her skills at the local powerhouse marketing firm, VancoreJones Communications, where she handled a broad array of clients and projects. Jordan MauroMr. Mauro joined the FSLSO team on February 1 of this year, as the new Customer Outreach Specialist. Before this, he spent over four years with Sachs Media Group, a well-known public relations firm with clients spanning Florida and beyond.
