On Thursday evening (12 March, 9:30pm AEST) the ReachOut.com forums will be joined by guest psychologist Sophia - from Youth Focus in WA. Sophia will be responding to young people's questions about negative thinking and how to challenge it, and sharing practical tips and strategies.

Youth work + mental health: Recent papers

ACYS and the Australian Youth Affairs Coalition recently released a Youth Studies Australia supplement highlighting a few key papers from the 2011 Australian Youth Sector Conference.

The 5 papers cover a range of important themes in youth mental health, including:
