WYCAS staff are putting our profiles on the QuickBooks “Find an Accountant” service

If you want to review our accountants you can now go to the QuickBooks Pro Advisor website and leave a review.  You can link to the profile for Claire Welling one of our Community Accountants here. It should only take a few moments.  We always welcome feedback both good and bad.  You will have seen our Service User Evaluation which we do annually to also improve our service.

Changes to how you update your charity details

You will need to check and update your charity details before you can submit your annual return to the Charity Commission.  The guidance for this was changed this month. Trustees of all charities have a legal obligation to keep the details on the charity register accurate and up to date. This helps maintain public trust and confidence in the charity sector, and enables the Commission, as the regulator, to contact them.  Trustees will not be able to add a public display name on the charity register. Their full legal name will show to the public.
