Join Major General Jefforey A. Smith, commanding general of the U.S. Army Cadet Command and Ft. Knox, as he discusses leadership lessons learned in military combat. Smith served in Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, among other missions.

Smith is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College and holds a master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies. Significant awards include three Defense Superior Service Medals, two Legions of Merit, three Bronze Star Medals, six Meritorious Service Medals, and a Humanitarian Service Medal, among others.

The event is free and open to the public.
