Click here Barnard College Update - Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016Dear Claremont resident: Due to weather and construction delays, the Barnard construction team informed us late yesterday that the crawler crane will not be delivered this weekend and instead, will likely be moved to campus Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 10-11. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Construction schedules often change as a result of weather and other circumstances. We will update you next week with information on the specific delivery details and closures for Dec. 10-11 once the schedule has been finalized. TLC Rising Even though the crane’s arrival has been delayed a week, we are still holding TLC Rising next Tuesday, Dec. 6. We will be celebrating the crane's upcoming arrival and providing more information on the steel superstructure phase. We’ll be in front of Milbank Hall from 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Drop by for snacks and a special giveaway, and sign your name on one of the first steel beams that will be used in the construction. In case of inclement weather, we'll be in The Diana Center Lobby. Construction Schedule Our construction hours continue to be 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. In addition, we will be working this Saturday, Dec. 3 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The work will not involve drilling of any kind and there won’t be any concrete truck deliveries. Questions?
