Olly's Honey Mint Julep - as seen on BBC Saturday Kitchen

No Saturday Kitchen this week due to a certain event at Windsor Castle so here's Olly's fabulous bourbon cocktail recipe in case you missed it last Saturday! (Serves 6)

1. Mix 6 tablespoons of boiled water with 8 fresh mint leaves

2. Add 12 tablespoons of runny honey, leave to cool

3. Take out mint and add 300ml of bourbon (or more, to taste) and mix

4. Fill a glass with mint and crushed ice, fill with the whiskey mix and enjoy!
