Don't let infections go viral

Ever heard the term go viral?

It's a reference to when internet content e.g. image, video or link, gets shared rapidly across a population group via e-mail and social networking sites like Facebook or Twitter.  

Some things shouldn't go viral, this message excepted.

Sharing is an innate human quality.  It most cases it's a generous gesture, but sometimes caution is required.
