Fiscal Uncertainty, Strong Balance Sheets, and a Pause from the Fed

The month of July repeated a theme we have heard throughout 2012. Earnings continue to exceed expectations and U.S. corporations choose to hold an abundance of cash, rather than invest back into operations. Domestic companies share characteristics of generally strong balance sheets and solid fundamentals. AUGUST WEBINAR:
Investing in a Rising Tax Environment

Image

The stalemate in Washington has continued deep into the calendar year. If Congress does not take action, the Bush tax cuts are set to expire at the conclusion of 2012. The impact of these expiring tax cuts could be substantial. High net worth investors are facing the prospects of a higher tax bill, which appears more likely with the Supreme Court‘s ruling to uphold the Affordable Care Act. During the webinar, we will provide an update on the most recent developments, and offer guidance on strategies to consider if investors experience a significant tax increase.

Join us for an educational and informative webinar where we will discuss the following:

1. The new “Investment Tax” and defining the “Fiscal Cliff.”
2. Who will be affected?
3. Potential impact to the markets and economy.
4. What actions you should consider NOW!

Our August webinar session will take place on:
Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at 7:00 PM (EDT).
