No images? Click here Deep breath. I'm being asked by leaders of organisations and practitioners alike - what do we do about our in-flight change programs at the moment? 1st Question - Is this change necessary at this point in time? If no. Hold it. If yes... 2nd Question - What is the most compassionate way to introduce / bring in this change? 3rd Question - how are you adjusting the ration of stability messaging to change messaging? People will see every change at the moment as a threat to survival. Make sure you are amplifying what is staying the same.

I wanted to let you know about a couple of changes I've made in the month in response to COVID-19. Podcast changes I've moved my podcast to a weekly cadence and I'm flying solo. Each week on a Tuesday I come to you with some thoughts / information relating to positive psychology, resilience, change and self-compassion as a way of providing additional support. They're short, they're pretty rough, and hopefully they are helpful. This week I talked about the four possible paths of organisational change out of this: Re-invent, Re-integrate, Renew, and Revolt. Listen where-ever you get your podcasts! Introducing Dr Jen Frahm Unfiltered on Patreon! I've also created a patreon account. Patreon is a platform where you can sponsor / be a patron of content creators. I have four tiers available starting at $2 USD a month with varying rewards such as patron only webinars, individual coaching sessions. The content that I share on Patreon will be largely "Dr Jen Frahm Unfiltered" - my musings, thoughts in progress, the background to posts, advance content that is shared elsewhere, templates ... to be honest its a new thing for me, and largely experimental. Your feedback is welcome. As a small business, the advice I am getting at the moment is to cut expenses. Because of the work I do, my expenses are largely other small business, and I'd rather not do that! If you find the content I share really valuable and you are in position to be a patron I would be grateful. |
