Happy Holiday Season2018 has been another exciting year for the Public Education Foundation. This is our 10th year as a Foundation and we are proud that we have now supported more than 1,000 scholars across Australia with our life-changing scholarships. This year has been marked by a record number of scholarships, new advocacy initiatives through our Building Great Australian Lives Campaign and research projects with our What Price the Gap? issues paper which analyses the significant cost of growing inequity in education. We are delighted to present our 2017/18 Annual Report, outlining our activities, achievements and the impact of our scholarship programs. We are grateful to our partners and supporters who make it possible for us to recognise and reward excellence in school achievement, honour contributions from school communities and make a difference to the lives of students confronted by hardship. We wish you a safe, happy and peaceful festive season. The Public Education Foundation Team Help make a difference to a student's lifeThis holiday season please show young people in public education how much you care by helping them through our life-changing scholarships. Next week we will advise students, who have applied for our scholarships whether they will receive much needed support in 2019. There is one more week to donate for our end-of-year appeal and with your help we can award scholarships to many more deserving students.
