Click here Representatives from ADDP present Heather Dextradeur with the 2018 Manager Award Heather Dextradeur Receives ADDP Leadership AwardHeather Dextradeur, Assistant Director of Community and Family Supports at LifeStream, Inc., received the 2018 Manager Award for the Southeast Region at the annual conference of the Association of Developmental Disabilities Providers (ADDP), held on April 12th at the DCU Center in Worcester, MA. ADDP’s mission is to promote and ensure the strength of community-based providers to help them be successful in improving quality, access and value of services in the community. Annually, the association recognizes those who have demonstrated exceptional qualities and gone above and beyond in their field. Heather joined LifeStream in 1999. In addition to her current role, she is also a Coordinator for Cultural and Religion Educational Services, which ensures that the needs are met for those seeking a connection to their religion and heritage. “We are thrilled to see Heather recognized,” said John Latawiec, LifeStream President & CEO. “She has had such a positive impact on the lives of the individuals we serve. “The support that Heather provides helps them maintain their identity, which is so important.” Heather resides with her family in New Bedford.
