2nd Grade eNews

What a great week we have had! Let’s continue to finish strong!

• Bible - We have a review unit in our Bible workbook on all the Bible characters we have studied throughout the year.
• Reading - Our story will be “Yeh Shen.” Our skill will be Compare and Contrast. This is a comparable story to “Cinderella.”
• Spelling - Words with vowel diphthongs ow and ou
• Grammar - Irregular Verbs and Possessive Nouns
• Math - We will test over our chapter on Geometry and begin a chapter on the metric unit.

• May 14 - Night of Champions Fundraising Dinner @ 6:15 pm in the SEC Gym
• May 23 - Awards Assembly @ 9:00 in the Worship Center - dismissal immediately follows awards. Happy Summer!
• Remember, there is NO EXTENDED CARE/NO BUS Please pick your child up in the Worship Center - we will not have a car line on this day.
