  • Bible: The Christmas Story
  • Verse: John 3:17, "For God did not send His son into the world that He might condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through Him."  
  • Spelling: Pattern for vowel team /A/ Examples: SPRAIN, MAINSTAY, ESSAY, SLEIGH, VEIL, BEIGE.  Dictation sentence: We will aid the man with a sprained ankle.
  • Math: Review previously taught skills, Test on Thursday
  • Science: Chapter 4 ECOSYSTEMS:  We will cover what we are able to, then return to science after Christmas.  Key terms: Food chains, food webs, producers, consumers, herbivores, carnivores, omnivores,God designed food webs to be balanced.
  • English: International Christmas
  • Reading: A Christmas Carol Readers Theater, How the Grinch Stole Christmas
