Spicing things up this season...
As 2014 is our 18th year in business, we figured a drop of mulled wine would be appropriate for our Christmas avatar this year (officially legal now). Thanks so much to all of you who have supported us on our Penhouse journey into adulthood.
In the meantime, here's a review of just some of our recently produced new design projects...
Paper Partner Branding
We created this branding project for Sean and the team at Paper Assist, so that they would have a retail range of papers. We designed their logo and styled their packaging, where they collate and make up their packs in-house. See some of our work for them here and look out for their ranges in a paper shop near you :)
 
Old Music Shop Restaurant
The Old Music Shop Restaurant is set in a stylish Georgian building overlooking Findlater’s 19th century Gothic Revival Church. A clever amalgamation of styles from elegant to relaxed gives this restaurant a truly unique atmosphere. We created their identity hinting at their history, having been the location of the former Walton's music shop. A lovely city centre gem.
Petalwell - Perfect for Christmas
What a beautiful gift for Christmas or anytime. The smart product designers at Oglesby & Butler created this beautiful essential oil diffuser which we have loved packaging. They now have a gorgeous range of essential oils to accompany the diffuser and are selling special gift sets in all good stores and on their own website. Its a goody...
APPsolute Rebrand
So we re-branded our friends in Dúnmasc, with their new name and updated material. They launched at the National Ploughing Championships earlier this year with their new e-commerce website and their app - first app we ever created and first app of its kind for dairy farmers, who by all accounts love it! 12 Acres Brewing
Take a barley farm in Laois, malt the crop from their '12 acres' field, add some water from a spring on their land too, then leaf through the family album to find a pic of great great grandad… sounds like all the ingredients for branding a great new craft brew. Penhouse created their branding, packaging, print material and their online presence too. They officially launched in November at the Laois Craft Brew Festival and early reactions are brilliant. We wish Paddy and all the crew the very best on this new journey. Read more about them here
Rednecks & Rhinestones Festival
So what else would you call a country music hoedown? This festival was a great weekend in the village of Emo, with brilliant acts and family fun activities, all for a great cause supporting the Cuisle Centre and local GAA club too. We'd great fun naming it and branding it through print and creating their website and social media material. Roll on next year...
It was a Big Birthday...
We've always enjoyed working with Comhairle na nÓg and this year their National Showcase was a very special one. The young people from all over Ireland celebrated the day in November by marking the 25th anniversary of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. We were on board to help them brand the event which by all accounts was a huge success for all involved.
Trail Kilkenny Map Boards
Look out for the new Trail map boards around Kilkenny, for both walking and cycling trails, a few more around the county in the last few months...
TIO Website
So we were delighted to launch this new website for TIO, to represent Amanda and her team with a professional online presence The website aims to convey their broad range of services
in a simplified, non-cluttered way, selling TIO as premium business consultancy to existing and potentially new customers. You can view their website here
Batoni's Restaurant
Just opened, this restaurant is a brand new addition to the village of Emo in County Laois. We created their branding and look forward to this stylish new eatery on our doorstep. It's early days but follow their activity on Facebook here in the run up to Christmas...
Christmas Chocolate
We've designed some new additions to the Christmas range of Lily O'Brien's chocolates this year, including Christmas crackers, pouches and keepsake gift boxes. Shown here is the 'photobox', filled with delicious chocolates and a framed space to personalise with a photo image. These and many more can be purchased online or at their fab new pop up shop in Kildare Village.

We'd like to say a huge THANK YOU to all our clients this year. We've had a very enjoyable year working on fun projects with great people. Thank you for allowing us this priviledge.
