Over 57 milion Americans are at risk for developing diabetes.  Cindy Mathiasen, clinical educator in the Diabetes Center, explains the important numbers  you need to know: LDL, blood pressure and fasting blood sugar levels.  Watch this video.


Can Kissing Cause Cancer?

Kissing can be a risk factor in spreading a virus that causes some throat cancers. Approximately 40,000 Americans will develop oral, head and neck cancer this year and the incidence is rising. A free opportunity is being offered at The Nebraska Medical Center, talk with a specialist about risk factors and prevention.
