• In order to provide the football game tickets, we work through the university Athletics Department and reserve a block of tickets for the game.  Since this is a block of tickets set aside for Family Weekend, we are NOT able to mail the tickets prior to the event and tickets are NOT available for pickup at Will Call. 

• During the week of Sept. 21-25, we offer a full week for tickets/pre-game meal ticket/t-shirt pickup for you or your student stop by our office in the Student Activities Center (SAC) Room 310 to pick up the items for Family Weekend. Staff will be on hand with a confirmation spreadsheet to verify your ticket allotment purchased.

• In the pickup packet, we will provide game tickets (if purchased in advance), pre-game meal tickets (if purchased in advance), maps, and a schedule of details for the entire slate of events happening at UofL and in the city of Louisville during Family Weekend.

• Family Weekend materials distribution will be available in the Student Involvement Office in the Student Activities Center (SAC), Room 310.  Follow this link to download a PDF of the campus map http://louisville.edu/about/campuses.html

• Family Weekend distribution  hours will run from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, EST. in SAC 310 from Monday, Sept. 21 - Friday, Sept. 25

• Family Weekend game time has now been set for 6:00 pm.  The Parents Association pre-game meal/tailgate will occur from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

• We will have a ticket/voucher included in the pickup packet that allows you to enter the Family Weekend pre-game tailgate/meal. (advance purchase required)

• We will have a large event style tent set up with seating and the opportunity to mix and mingle prior to kickoff.

• Location of the Family Weekend pre-game tailgate/meal will be in between Gate 9 and Gate 1 behind the Schnellenberger Complex on the North endzone side of the stadium (map displayed in separate box in next section)

• All parking at Papa Johns Cardinal Stadium is reserved for season ticket holders and therefore visitor parking is not available. There will NOT be parking available adjacent to the pre-game tailgate & meal.  Follow this link for parking information near the stadium (including a shuttle from Floyd Street garage) http://www.gocards.com/sports/2015/3/26/GEN_2014010123.aspx

• Women’s Volleyball – KFC Yum! Center (12:30 pm)
