Who should attend
OSM hosts its 4th "remote" Ecosystem DayDespite the on-going COVID-19 situation, ETSI OSM continues to find ways to shine a spotlight on its flourishing ecosystem of solution partners. The successful Ecosystem Day symposium concept moved forward in a remote fashion on 9 September. The fully remote Ecosystem Day drew nearly 100 participants for the full 3 hours. The Ecosystem Day was held mid-week as an interlude to the full 4 days of Hackfest that was run in parallel with the OSM Mid-Release NINE meeting. Presentations and demos covered a wide range of aspects from research activities in academia to production deployments and commercial initiatives, many of them focused in 5G use cases. Ecosystem partners represented were: ULAK communications, Mobileum, Spirent, Benu Networks, Tata Elxsi, Canonical, and Whitestack. All of the Hackfest and Ecosystem Day material, presentations and artifacts are available on the OSM wiki, and the recordings of the sessions are available on the OSM YouTube channel.
