December, 2015 saw the amendment of the Employment Equality Act of 2003. This now means greater protection for LGBT workers in religious institutions that are publicly funded.

The Diversity Champion network continues to expand every year, as more and more companies include LGBT staff and customers in their diversity and inclusion focus. 

We were delighted to welcome the following new members in 2015: An Gardai Síochána, BNY Mellon, Brown Brothers Harriman, BT Ireland, Car Trawler, Castle Collection, Dublin City Council, Eir, Fidelity Investment, Irish Probation Service, LinkedIn, MetLife, MSD and Vodafone to the programme.
