QMHW eNews #7 |
Queensland Mental Health Week (QMHW) starts this Saturday! This year it is more important than ever that we all take time for our mental health and to look out for those we know and love.
Whether you host or attend an event, take time for your own mental health, start a conversation or share help-seeking information...every little bit counts in raising awareness!
In terms of events, there are 300 registered activities and we'd love your help surpassing last year's tally of 305 events before the week begins. So, if you have something planned, make sure to have your activity (it can be listed as either private or public) counted.
>>> Register your support here.
COVID-19 SAFETY 😷 To help everyone have a good time and stay safe, all those holding events and activities to celebrate QMHW must ensure they comply with the requirements of the Chief Health Officer Public Health Directions and the COVID Safe Events Framework. |
