Because of you

2011 was a good year for our little body care company. Though we’re small beans in the grand scheme of things, it feels good to be doing what we’re doing without investors and having some level of success. We intend to continue growing at a reasonable and sustainable rate and being around for a good long while.
Our modest success is only possible because of our wonderful customers. Thank you so much for supporting By Nieves. We look forward to a fantastic 2012 and hope that this year rocks for each and every one of us!

Winter skin

It has been so dry! Even though I have some customers that like using The Balm on their face, I usually think it is a little too heavy and would only reccommend it for extreme situations such as high altitude or the desert.  Well, I guess this winter has been extreme enough,  The C Perfect Skin just wasn't quite enough moisture so I was layering with some other lotions and just not feeling the dewiness I expect (and deserve) so resorted to The Balm and it felt great!

The recipe this winter seems to be:

~scrub with the Face Fix to remove dull dry skin

~a couple drops of "C" Perfect skin for all the nutrient goodies

~take it over the top with a judicious application of The Balm especially around the eyes and mouth

~Oh and remember to drink water! (I'm telling you to remind myself)
